CHI member receives HEI's Jane Warren Award

Soo-Yeon Kim, CHI member and EOH PhD candidate, was the recipient of the Health Effects Institute (HEI) Jane Warren Award. Offered to just six exemplary students in the field of environmental health, this highly competitive award provides funding for recipients to present their research at HEI's Annual Conference. At the end of April in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Soo-Yeon will be presenting his research on the topic, "Estimating global trends of air pollution, air pollution-attributable disease burdens, and CO2 emissions in 13,000 cities using large geospatial datasets" in both a lighting talk and poster session.
