CHI members receive GWSPH Research Innovation Award

CHI member and Assistant Professor of EOH, Dr. Kelvin Fong, and CHI member and Director of Policy for the Redstone Global Center for Prevention and Wellness, Rachel Clark, were awarded a GWSPH Research Innovation Award (RIA) for their proposal on Advancing Green Space Assessment in Epidemiology. They will create a new green space measure that better captures access to parks, aiming to better inform decision-making around planning and interventions to improve public health via urban greening.
